AUA has a limited number of military deferment spots available for male applicants with Armenian citizenship, making the process of receiving military deferment competitive.
To be considered for military deferment, you must first indicate so on your application form. Applicants who submit complete applications on or by the regular admissions deadline date will be given preference for military deferment. The Office of Admissions will notify only those applicants who receive military deferment by mid-June 2016.
