AUA offer informational lectures, Open Houses, and application help dates. Please refer to the Calendar of Events for details. We highly encourage you to attend at least one of each event to ensure you have all the information regarding admissions to AUA.
Military Deferment
Male applicants who request military deferment in their application form must submit a complete application by the regular admissions deadline date. Not all applicants requesting military deferment will receive it.
Application Deadlines
We strongly recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible and well before published deadlines. Applicants who submit complete applications earlier will typically be notified of their admissions status earlier.
You can submit your applications for Fall 2016 starting in November. Complete applications received before the Early or Regular Admissions Deadline dates will be given priority for admissions. Pending space availability, applicants may submit applications by the Rolling Admissions deadline. Deadline dates for admissions are as follows:
Early Admissions: January 15*
Regular Admissions: March 15*
Rolling Admissions (pending space availability): June 1*
* If an application deadline date falls on a non-working day, you may submit your application package on the following working day.
You should ensure you take all required exams on or by the deadline date to which you plan to apply. It is also your responsibility to make sure you send your official score report to AUA. Incomplete applications as of the regular admissions deadline will be moved to the rolling admissions pool. Applications that are incomplete after the Rolling Admissions Deadline will not be considered for admissions.
